“Great customer service over the phone, friendly and informative. Really easy method of ordering a skip, you order which one you want and they take payment over the phone. Price was better than anticipated, delivery/collection early in the day. Have ordered 2 skips now and will be ordering a 3rd very soon! You have the skip for 2 weeks which is great if you have a load of stuff to throw out!”

“I emailed Saturday morning and my waste was collected on Monday morning. ! Much less money than I thought it would be! Spoke to Jake originally and he organised everything. The two men that collected our household waste were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent and quick response. I would definitely use again and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.”

“Hassle free! Two guys turned up in their waste collection van in the agreed upon time slot, and within 15 minutes had taken all of our household waste away. Great service, would recommend.”

“Took my skip without any warning. My job was not even half way complete and the skip probably a quarter of the way full. When I phoned to ask why the skip had been taken they informed me that as I had paid cash for the skip there was a 2 week limit. When I asked what the difference was between paying cash or through the books the manager stumbled on his words and could not tell me, this is obviously a way for them to avoid tax. Do not use this company you have been warned!”

“I had never ordered a skip before so was a little anxious but there was no need. I ordered skip online and it arrived and was collected on the correct days. I went out to see the lorry drivers who were both very pleasant. Cost was less than I thought for a small skip. Can't fault the service.”

“Your driver was the most professional, efficient, helpful and skillful driver we have ever had come to our property and wanted to thank him. He represents your company in an outstanding way. Other drivers have argued and refused to come down our lane with smaller vehicles, but your driver managed to put the skip well out of the way on our driveway, and even came back and checked that he hadn't rucked up any of the gravel. It's very unusual for someone to take so much care, and it is appreciated. Please thank him for us!”

“used 'we collect waste' for the first time today ...price quoted was far less than I thought it would be do that was the first plus..two really friendly guys turned up and removed my rubbish very efficiently...would definitely recommend and use again...brilliant service”

“I have used Dunmow Waste management twice and they were excellent both times. One was a collection of various bulky plasterboard and insulation, the other collection of a large shed. Much easier than taking the rubbish to the tip myself!”

“Have used Dunmow Group before but not this service. Two very amenable polite men arrived at my door cleared up all the garden waste. Swept up with not a leaf to be seen. Closed the garden gate. Knocked on the door to say goodbye and wished me to enjoy the rest of my day. What more could I want. Absolutely fab service. Will recommend this particular service to friends. Thank you.”

“Found the staff very helpful and the driver was very good at finding out exactly where I needed the skip to go on my driveway and if I wasn't happy with where it was placed he was happy to move it until I was satisfied. Would highly recommend Dunmow Group to others for value for money.”
