“I cannot rate Dr Sam's highly enough. I'm 34, I've had acne since my teens and adult acne runs in my family. I feel like I've tried everything under the sun, and after my 3rd round of accutane failed because my liver couldn't handle it anymore I was really worried, not just about my appearance but because acne can be really painful. I was a little concerned I was using too many different products with too many ingredients so I did some research for vegan, simple, skincare brands and found Dr Sam's. I threw out everything else, and started a really simple regime, slowly adding in more of their products over a period of weeks. It's taken about 3 months of trial and error but for the first time in my life I feel like my skin has been "tamed". Being able to email the team and ask for advice, rather than risking loading up on too many harsh chemicals has been incredibly helpful and I'm really grateful for their personalised approach.

“Very glad to have found Dr Sam’s, her skincare is actually non-comedogenic, unlike some products that are falsely advertised by other brands. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 months, and though i’ve seen some results, i still haven’t reached where i want to be with my skin. Unfortunately, i’ve had an instance where my product was never delivered, and though Dr Sam’s customer service team were helpful, I had paid for next day delivery and had to wait an extra 2 weeks, which way never financially compensated. This was especially annoying as i had pay for next day delivery as i was going on holiday within the coming days. Additionally, with my latest order, that should’ve arrived yesterday, I still have not had an email to say it’s been processed. This is disappointing, because it is not a problem rooted within dr sam’s products, but still makes for a disappointing customer experience.”

I’ve taken 1 star off as there isn’t any info on how you can combine the products with other brands - I understand they want people to use only their products, but I think this is fairly unlikely for many! Dr Sam’s cheat sheet for acne has a recommendation list with other brands, so it would be useful if the customer support team were trained in how to answer questions about combining :)”
