“Products I have ordered from Dr Sam's online are delivered quickly and well-packaged. I particularly like the refills for the flawless cleanser. When empty they can be put in the post box to be recycled. The cleanser works well on my ageing skin. It's not drying and feels lovely on my face. My skin has improved since I started using it. I also ordered flawless brightly eye serum, which I haven't started using yet.”

“Very easy to navigate and checkout. Website very informative about each product from ingredients on how to/ how not to use. There's clear, concise explanations about a range of problematic skin issues and which products are most suited. Her products are well formulated and backed up by science, research, experience and thorough testing on humans. Dr Sam is always ready and willing to impart her wealth of skincare knowledge for the benefit of her customers from beginners to advanced users. Her intense moisturiser has worked so well for me in such a short time space, I really won't be using anything else from now now and I'm slowly introducing other products”

“Products are good value for money. I’ve been using the products for more than a year. It’s been proven effective and yet gentle enough to be used daily. I’ve been using the nightly and brightly serum and now I’ve switched to the pro version of both. I love the moisturiser as well as the neutralising gel.”
