“I absolutely love Dr. Sam’s products, but the packaging is a major problem. I have all but given up trying to get my flawless tinted sunscreen to dispense. I squeeze the tube, turn it upside down, upright, and often nothing comes out. I’d sit on it helped. Occasionally, a little will squirt out, but I can no longer rely on it. I just got the Brightly serum and it too is hit or miss. It’s in a smaller container than my Nightly serum, which dispenses easily every time. For the dollars I’m spending, I expect more. Are we getting different packaging in the States? Please address the issue, and I will gladly repurchase these terrific formulations.”

“Great products and range. Excited to see what comes next. I feel the rewards site needs some more work. The products are expensive and I spend a lot frequently but I don't feel like the rewards match my commitment.”

“I have always used your sunscreen which I love but the last two I’ve had have been useless because the pump on the tubes don’t work. I rang and complained but was told it would be fine if to squeezed it like a tooth paste tube which it did not.”
