“For the last 3-4 years I’ve been experiencing hormonal acne that happens right around my period and then slowly clears up afterwards. I’ve tried so many products and routines trying to find the perfect thing for my skin. I know now what skin care routine works for me and for the last two months I’ve been using this neutralizing gel. I cleanse first with a salicylic acid cleanser, then I use a low percentage niacinamide serum, then I use this gel on my acne prone areas….which is my chin only for me. After that I just use a good moisturizer. There are other factors that have helped keep my skin clearer…and I still get the occasional hormonal pimple but this combination has been amazing for my skin. I use the neutralizing gel two times a day and I really have seen such a difference!”

“I like how you can enter your skin type, skin concerns etc and Dr Sam's emails you a skin routine with what products to use. It's especially helpful to know how to start certain products slowly and when to increase the amounts. I find her videos very helpful too and I've learned a lot about rosacea. I just received my first repeat order which is great as it saves a bit of money and don't have to think about re ordering.”

“I wish I had discovered Dr Sam's sooner! I'm so much more comfortable not wearing make-up now, my breakouts are controlled and overall skin tone much more even. I'm using the cleanser, serums and light moisturiser. I can't wait to continue seeing results”

“Love Dr sams range. Do not use anything else now and would not be tempted away with another brands shiny packaging like I used to be! If its not broke don't fix it! Dr sams has sorted my skin right out so I'm sticking with it now.”

“I absolutely love the products, they really are superb, but I find the subscription and rewards system confusing and frustrating. I wish I could make up a basket of my subscriptions depending on what I need, when I need it, to come as one shipment and reach the free postage mark. But you can’t. I also wish I could add other products to subscriptions and use my points against them - but you can’t, you have to use on separate orders - but you can only use up to £10 of points at a time - this doesn’t seem fair when I only have a load of points when I’ve spent a lot!”

“I really love the products, but hate the packaging. The pumps stop working very quickly and I end up breaking into them to try and get the product out. Would much prefer a simple squeezy tube ala Aesop. Maybe with dots or lines on the side to show the right dollop amount needed.”

“I have used other high profile ranges which ultimately caused skin sensitivities. But not Dr Sam’s! The combination of ingredients with the dosage all worked out for you is a win win. Plus a small number of steps to achieve fabulous results. Who has the time to figure out which actives layer well together? It’s simplicity means consistency is easy to achieve. Just love the range.”

“I BELIEVE I HAVE EXPERIENCED AN ALLERGIC REACTION SINCE USING THIS PRODUCT. I HAVE HAD AN EXTREMELY ITCHY DRY RASH SINCE INCORPORATING THIS WASH INTO MY ROUTINE. THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS WONDERFUL TO USE AND VERY EFFECTIVE AT CLEANSING AND I WISH I COULD CONTINUE USING.”

“I had a query with the Flawless Sunscreen that I had received, as it felt thicker and smelt different to usual. It also seemed to be making me breakout, which I had not experience before. I contacted Customer Services via Instagram, they responded very quickly and asked me for the batch number, which I gave them. They hadn't identified any problems with that batch, but they sent me a replacement anyway and also gave me some extra loyalty points for the inconvenience. The replacement was the consistency and smell that I was used to. So helpful and much appreciated.”
