“Customer Service non-existent. Had a query with my latest order. I have emailed five times, no reply. I have used their web chat function, received an automated response that was of no use. It's been two weeks I've been attempting contact, no reply. There's no phone number option either. I've been using Dr Sam's for a few years now, but this has been ridiculous and infuriating.”

“This cleanser is amazing! It leaves your skin feeling soft and thoroughly clean whilst also not stripping your skin and keeping it hydrated. I’ve recently bought the spot cream to try aswell!”

“I have been using Dr Sam's products on auto renew for a few months now, without any problems at all. The website is easy to navigate as is, the ability to skip or bring forward the delivery of one/all of the auto renew products. The products themselves are excellent & have made a huge difference to my aging skin! A big thank you to all at Dr Sam's. :))”

“Products are fantastic! Sorted my skin out. Always been incredibly sensitive to everything and now it seems to have made it more resilient. No blemishes at all and would highly recommend all the products. 360 subscriptions enables you to have 20 percent off which makes a difference when buying such a lot. Downside is the website! Overly complicated which is the only reason I gave it 4 star not 5! If they sort this out then I would defo rate dr Sam’s 5 star”

“Best spot treatment I’ve used. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds trying to find the most effective spot treatment and Dr Sams flawless neutralising gel is the best yet, the website is easy to navigate and clear instructions and tips are given for everything.”

“I absolutely love Dr. Sam’s products and at 58years old I have never had so many positive comments regarding my skin, truly better than it has ever been. The only negative is the ordering process on the website. I find the subscriptions and use of points not quite as streamline as it could be.”

“Most of the products are amazing. The cleanser is great. Most serums as well. I do feel tho moisturiters are a bit drying, they do not have a glowing efect, maybe someone with dry skin would like something more hydrating.”
