“Your products are terrific! The customer service is TERRIBLE. No one was able to resolve a simple technical shopping cart problem, and to make matters worse I was blamed for the issue despite screencapped evidence and the assurance of the first customer service agent to the contrary. Second level customer service agent couldn’t even spell her first point of contact colleague’s name right or correctly identify what my concern was to begin with. There are all the satisfaction surveys when my issue NOT been resolved. Great product as long as you never need help pr service.”

“Well, I did receive my gift card for the cyber Monday purchase. I was charged for some reason for the gift set. When I emailed customer service to ask what happened I was informed that my order was placed on Tuesday. My order was placed on Monday at 9:49 pm central standard time. If you do a time conversion being that London is six hours ahead, yes I could see how someone in London would think that the timestamp was for Tuesday. I have replied to the customer service response with a screen shot of my order confirmation, and hope that there will be resolution for this issue without my having to contact the credit card company to dispute the charge for the gift set that was supposed to be free.”

“Ordering and delivery very good. Jury still out on efficacy of all products as only previously tried the travel 'Clarity Kit' and the serums did not last full two weeks. Taking risk of trying full sizes. However, cleanser did not irritate skin and redness reduced after use; Intense Moituriser had reduced also dryness after two weeks of use.”

I use a prescription retinoid almost every night for my hormonal acne and Dr Sam's Flawless Moisturiser Intense is the only moisturiser that truly healed my skin barrier AND OVERNIGHT. Almost no more cracking skin around my mouth after only a few uses. And the Flawless cleanser cleanses my skin as well as if I double cleansed it without irritating my dry skin at all. I found my new cleanser and moisturiser staples.”
