In get overwhelmed with the endless choices on the market, but Dr Sam's simplifies skin care without sacrificing quality. It's a refreshing, reliable brand that I can't recommend enough. “I had been given Dr Sam's night serum as a gift. I was delighted with the product and keen to try more of the range. The website was clear and easy to use. I'm delighted with the moisturiser and the lip balm. Delighted that I have discovered these gems.”

“The site is very easy to navigate, all information you need is there. Checkout was very smooth with good payment options. Was surprised at how quickly my order was dispatched & arrived within a few days. Lovely recyclable packaging. Only disappointment was I did not receive any samples with my order & was looking forward to testing out some other products.”

“I love Dr Sam’s products but find the customer service communication hit and miss and delivery times quite long. Was recently offered free express delivery code. Entered in to the box, was accepted. Completed the order, no express delivery. Raised this with customer service who asked for a screen shot of the error. Explained there was no error, just no express delivery as there should’ve been. No response. So I guess I won’t get express delivery!”

Upon investigation, we can see your order did not qualify for the express shipping promotion as you didn't meet the spend threshold, and also had already used a different discount code on the order, and offers cannot be combined. “Super products that are backed by current research, cruelty free and very effective for my sensitive skin. Would give 4th star but the packaging is quite poor, I often have enough product left in packets to last several days once they are cut open. Products using a pump can't be cut open so I hate to think how much of my brightly product is left, and it's very expensive.”

“Love the products. Find the rewards system difficult to navigate. Cannot access and use rewards whilst on mobile phone. Can access from a PC but can only exchange 500 points now instead of 1000. Would like to be able to use more points towards each order as the products are a pricey purchase.”
