“The first time I ordered I found it a bit of a faff trying to add the discount / free moisturiser and I’m not sure I ended up with either. Now the subscription is set up it’s straightforward. Was a bit miffed not to receive the freebies!”

“Bonjour, je connais déjà les produits Dr Sam’s et j’en suis très satisfaite notamment du sérum de nuit au retinol, sérum de jour et baume à lèvres. J’adore le côté sensoriel. Les textures sont très agréables à appliquer, et l’odeur est délicate. Ce sont également des produits efficaces et concentrés donc inutile d’en mettre beaucoup. Le packaging est top.”

“My password wouldn’t work (I use a pw manager so pretty confident it was right). Password reset on the website also didn’t work, so I reached out to customer service asking them to trigger the reset. They didn’t believe me, suggested I was using the wrong email address, and instead of resetting my pw, simply sent me a link to the website pw reset form that I had already told them was not working. Had to reply and explain again how it wasn’t working, still need the reset, good grief. Have run into several website issues previously, links to product pages that 404, log in and carts not working, all kinds of stuff. All these problems with basic functions like logging in and ordering really add up to make a person never want to come back. If I was not signed up for a subscription I would have said to hell with it and ordered elsewhere. Great products, but so painful to get them. Once my minimum subscription refills are met, I’m out.”

“Dr Sam’s Flawless Body therapy is amazing stuff, my skin has never been as soft. I use it 2/3 times per week after a shower that’s enough to get great results. Amazing delivery very quick . I love the samples with very order .”
