“I am still waiting to receive my order, shipment time is a little bit longer than I expected, but it's only because I live in Italy so the pruducts have to pass all the custom burocracy. Apart from this, I received shipment details as soon as my order was dispatched, which was very quickly, so I can check constantly the tracking of the products”

“I use two of the products and am happy with them, but I found the website a bit confusing to use. After I checked out, there was a banner on the next screen that said buy three products and save 10 %. By then it was too late.”

“I’ve been using Dr Sam’s for years now so feel very qualified to leave a review. I love the moisturiser more than anything else, my skin tends toward dryness and tightness and this keeps my skin feeling happy all day. I really notice if I don’t use it. I also love the Nightly and Brightly serums - I ran out a while back and tested out a different serum from another brand for a good while but I’ve just reordered Nightly because it actually makes a noticeable difference to my skin. The cleanser is brilliant too, I never travel without it. I recommend Dr Sam’s to everyone who asks what I use for my skin! My only gripe is the suncream which I just can’t get on with as it doesn’t seem to layer properly with everything and causes pilling on my skin - I’ve tried all the tricks to stop it happening. I can only wear it on its own so I’ve had to find a different sunscreen that works for me. I also don’t love the smell of the lip balm - bit too sheepy. But overall - such a fan of Dr Sam’s!!”
