“I have gone back to Dr Sam,s after trying other products. I have gone back to her amazing products and now use the re newal service. I particularly like the Brighty Serum, New Vitamin C, Handcream and Nightly. The Neutralising Gel was the other thing that cleated my perioral dermatitis! Thank you x”

“I have been using Dr Sam’s for several years. The prices are beautiful, good value and they work. I was a skincare hopper until finding this brand and now won’t use anything else. The subscription option is great and easy to manage. The customer service team are also excellent if you have any queries. Highly recommend.”

“The cosmetic itself is very very good. It changed my skin for better in a matter of weeks. But, it’s very expensive and after recent price increase almost unaffordable for me. I wish you saved money on packaging and make the cosmetic cheaper instead. I don’t need my creams to be packaged in tissue paper and fancy box as it goes to the bin anyway. I also struggle to add discounts or freebie’s to my order as they never work for me. When I try to add a discount that I earned to the basket I always get message that it’s not applicable or cannot be used.”

“I used to pay £25 int shipping for DHL and £0 for ordinary post. Now Dr Sam charges £25 for ordinary post and shipments are not tracked and massively delayed if at all they arrive. I’ve started to use other brands. Dr Sam products are good but the service is not what I would describe as friendly.”

“Dr Sam’s has transformed my skin. I’ve been using the neutralising gel, moisturiser and SPF religiously for a couple of years now, and I very rarely get any blemishes. (Sounds like a fake review, but it really isn’t!)”
