“Our first order was a wonderful one. We'd been looking for a half-case of a couple of not-expensive wines that didn't seem to be reasonably on offer elsewhere. Drink Finder had them and shipped them without delay. We'll be coming back for more. The only recommendation I'd offer is for tracking info to be supplied. The delivery was very quick, and very well packed, but it would be good -- if not essential -- to make sure that customers know when precious cargo will be incoming.”

“Ordered Christmas presents on the 6th December. Chased twice by email and phone. Was told that ‘my order was next in their list to resolve’. Never heard anything subsequently and it’s Christmas Eve now - no delivery. Not only did they fail to ensure delivery on time, but there have been no updates on email and no customer care when an issue was flagged. Terrible customer service.”
