“Excellent service. My only caveat is that by using Royal Mail for delivery, unlike most other couriers, the window they offer for delivery of something that needs signing is far too wide, several hours, which is too long to have to hang around waiting.”

“Great wine, great prices, amazing customer service…what else could you want. I get the impression this is a small company as their service attitude is very personable and attentive. I thought I had an issue with five bottles of Chateauneuf du Pape, so I contacted them. Sam responded within minutes, then researched the issue and sent me a video to watch which explained the issue clearly. I kept the bottles and opened one to try it the next night. It was excellent…so much so that we opened a second bottle and finished both. Drink Finder is my new go-to wine supplier.”
