“All our deliveries from Drink Finder have been very prompt, with the bottles individually encased in their shockproof airbags within the boxes. They also use a good courier service. As a result, we have never had a problem or breakage in transit. Very impressive!”

“The purchase arrived, all be it to the wrong address, which meant I had to carry a very heavy box from the place it was delivered to, to my address, which meant frequent stops to get my breath as I'm over 70”

Hi Linda We are sorry to hear of your disappointment to claiming a refund for the delivery. It was an economy delivery service that was paid for (2-3 working days) and the parcel arrived on day 3 within the given timeframe. If products are required sooner, our Express Delivery is an excellent next working day service for a minor additional cost. Regards Drink Finder

“Amazing choice of products, found everything I wanted. Order arrived really quickly too. I have only knocked one star off because the 4 bottles of beer I ordered were packed in an insubstantial box for their combined weight; there was only one piece of tape across the bottom of the box and one small piece of bubble wrap on top of the bottles, nothing underneath them. DHL actually had to repack/rewrap the box before delivering as it had burst open. Luckily the bottles inside were undamaged. Other than that issue, I was pleased with the company and will consider ordering again.”
