“Your stock is magnificent, but I did have trouble placing my despatch order. There doesn't seem to be any connection between 'Accounts' & 'Despatch'. I had to correct the order many times even starting with my address which was not on record.”

Hi John, We are sorry to see a 3 star review from yourself after going above and beyond to correct and change the errors with the address that you had provided us with. We can only process orders with the information submitted to us by the customer, on this occasion you had input the address incorrectly twice which we had changed before it had left us. “A first class shopping experience and product. The member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and polite when I called to check their stock levels, and the vintage of the Malamado Malbec I wanted to order, and I received my wine (which was exceptionally well packed) within a few days of placing my order.”
