“We regularly visit the store at Constantine as we are really impressed with the extensive ranges on offer. Our favourite item is the five-year-old Eldorado rum from Guyana. This Christmas we used the online shop to send a present (gin) and were happy with the service and will definitely use it again.”

“My whisky order was delivered on time with good information on its progress. This is what I hoped for as I have used the Constantine shop a few times when camping nearby. This is the first time I have tried the mail order option. The range is huge, I only wish I could sample it al -l:)”

“Delivery said 2-3 days, it was actually delivered on the fourth working day after I ordered. I understand December is a busy time and I choose standard delivery, but had hoped for a Friday delivery and it came on the Monday. Wouldn't stop me ordering again, but I was just a bit disappointed.”

“I had problems using the web site but in all fairness it was probably me. so back to the good old telephone. This was answered very promptly and politely and my order taken without any problems. all my info was to hand as I am a returning customer and everything ran smoothly to the moment my order arrived at my door. Brilliant service and I will be back for some more.”

“I regularly use Drinkfinder and have always been impressed with their choice and speed of service. I ordered a bottle of Irish whiskey as a Christmas present for a friend. My order was placed without issue, and I subsequently received an email confirming that the order had been dispatched. Shortly after receiving the dispatch email, I was contacted by customer Support to say that the item I had ordered was not available due to a supply issue ! I was offered the option of ordering an alternative or a full refund, and I opted for the former. It`s all well and good to run out of stock, but I was a bit disappointed that their ordering system first told me that my order was on it`s way when clearly it wasn't ! I am just glad I didn't leave my purchase until the last minute.”
