“I have given five stars; as I order a bottle of wine through Amazon which did not arrive at all! But I rang the company direct and the missing bottle of wine was replace the very next day without question So I will in future deal with the company in pesron! Sadly Amazon have not answered my email or quirey. but would say give them a ring they are a very helpful company Who do want to help the customer! so Five Stars for Service and Help!”

“This is my favourite Christmas tipple and is becoming so difficult to find. Often the postage is too expensive if buying online, but the Drink Finder postage was reasonable so I thought - why not?!? Parcel arrived promptly and the packaging was very secure and protective of the bottle, so no accidents. The Walnut Brown Sherry is as rich and luscious as I remember and goes very well with a nice slice of Christmas cake”

“Excellent service. I found a bottle of bourbon that I hadn’t been able to find anywhere else. I hadn’t used drink finder before so I was a little unsure. So I called them up and spoke to a member of their staff (who was very helpful and professional) to confirm that they had the bottle in stock. After speaking to a member of the drink finder staff I felt much more confident. So I went back online, ordered the bottle and it arrived 48 hours later in perfect condition. I am happy to recommend this site.”

Hi Andrew We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to the website and our physical store sharing the stock, during busy periods such as Christmas it is possible that by the time we get to pick your order it may have sold out of the shop. It is a rarity and this year we had a few instances due to a lot of people shopping locally rather than online. If this does ever happen, we will advise how soon we can get a replacement if so, offer an alternative or issue a full refund as we did on this occasion. Regards Drink Finder
