“My first order did not arrive so I contacted Drinkfinder who checked with the courier and my order was lost but Drinkfinder immediately sent a replacement.”

“I love Drinkfinder - brilliant for finding those hard-to-source ingredients for the perfect cocktail - they always seem to have the obscure things I'm looking for :) Delivery is fast, and the packaging is great - I use it for transporting delicate camera lenses when I'm travelling, so that's an added bonus :)”

“I sent my order over the phone as I had issues with my laptop#. The person who delt with my order was friendly, professional and very helpful. My order was tracked so I knew when it was delivered. The price and quality of goods makes sending an alcoholic gift a very easy and affordable option.”

“I'm still waiting for my delivery, three weeks after I ordered it. This is probably the fault of the delivery company, but I leave you to draw your own conclusions - I will be contacting DF separately...”

“Really good, the only improvement I might suggest would be to provide a deliver date/time sooner. I emailed after 4 days to chase the order”

“Bought this wine several times and it's a crowd pleaser. Very palatable, inexpensive, no hangover red - for me that's quite hard to find. My only gripe is with the company you use to deliver - Hermes. There was a delay in getting it to us but all that the communication / tracking information said was 'delayed - unforseen circumstances'. Twice. What are you supposed to do with that (and the typo)?! And then it came that evening. Glad we were in. Just about to open a bottle so tore into this one. Delivery driver probably saw me through the window and thought I was an alcoholic!”
