“I received an email 7 days ago to say my order was delayed 3/4 days. I have tried to get back onto the website but it doesn't recognise my email, even though I am writing this review following a message to myself at the email it now doesn't recognise??.I paid with PayPal, and emailed the contact given with no response. I don't know how to resolve this . I need my order or a refund”

“I ordered for next day delivery on a Thursday and it arrived on Tuesday. After only deciding to order with the next day delivery as the website informed me I still had time to order that evening.”

“My order was cancelled yet I received no notification to that effect. I waited 10 days before calling the company to clarify what had happened. I did not receive an explanation and simply had to re-order the item which was then delivered. Still, my initial order was a birthday gift which did not arrive on time.”

“The grappa I ordered for my son-in-law's birthday was delivered amazingly quickly and I have already had a 'thank you' from him. I was able to forward the Hermes delivery update to him so he knew that a delivery was imminent. The price was a good deal lower than that offered by Amazon!”
