“Be careful of this service. I ordered next day delivery and paid extra for that, only to be told a day later that my order would be delivered the next day, ie 2 days layer. When I raised this with the company, I was told I had to order before 2pm to get an actual next day delivery. But I wasn't told this when I was placing the order, which is when I needed to know! And no offer of a refund on my payment for 'next day' delivery...far from good customer service”

Hi William I have just had a look into the order, you placed on the Wednesday at 8PM, we dispatched the next morning (Thursday) and it was delivered and signed for the next working day (Friday) as expected. It is very clear at the top of the website on every page that orders placed post 2PM will be dispatched the next day. We fulfilled the order as expected and paid for. We are sorry if you did not see the notification regarding the cut-off time. All the best Drinkfinder

“Wine arrived corked or oxidized with a smell of vinegar and burnt rubber. The cork annoyingly broke 1cm above its end. When you pay 35 pounds per bottle that should not happen. However, the company itself is trying to rectify this issue. A refreshing approach to customer care!”

“Had an issue with a collection point not accepting the parcel from DHL, was really worried that this would mean the item I ordered wouldn't get here until after the birthday it was meant for so I emailed drinkfinder and they replied quickly, sorted everything with DHL and the item arrived the next day. Wonderful customer service from Sam, greatly appreciated the help (especially since I didn't have to do anything except email them!) Would highly recommend this company, the item was well packaged when it arrived too so really happy! 10/10”
