“At a time when other wine companies either were not interested or were too busy to take orders on line or any other way, Constantine kindly took my phone order as I was having no luck on line. It was delivered before Christmas to friends and their help is far superior to others organisations. Thank you!”

“I placed a order for a bottle of cornish gin but I ordered the wrong one, so I telephoned and ask for it to be swopped. The guy I spoke to was so helpful it got it all sorted and delivered before xmas. I will be ordering again”

“The gift I Brought arrived and looked fantastic! Packaged very well and very happy with my purchase. The only reason I scored 4/5 and not a 5 is because I had requested a Christmas message on there and although the paperwork stated that and they highlighted it on the paperwork They forgot to put the message in the box so was very disappointing. And after speaking to them was told they could not post this to me( this was on 19th December) Asides this, very good! Would purchase again.”

“We didn't receive the item ordered, they did change it but with the inconvenience of having to be in a second time for delivery. Nothing offered for the inconvenience.”

“Drinkfinder itself was acceptable but delivery was very poor. I was informed on the tracker that the delivery had taken place at 11:30 am and signed for by 'Horsley'. However on returning home in the evening the recipient was not informed by card or text that the delivery had taken place. When I rang to ask if he had received it and after a lengthy search it was found behind some bins in a pool of water with sodden packaging. This is not acceptable particularly the forged signature. Please do better.”

Hi John Again we are sorry for the actions of the local driver to your area on behalf of the courier. We have passed on the details and review to them for them to raise the matter internally with their company especially as we pay for a signature mandatory and 18+ service. “Great service! Love the wine! The only thing I would mention is the amount of plastic packaging used in the delivery, thanks for keeping my wine safe but it would be great if you could look in to a more environmentally friendly way to do it :)”
