“Well what can I say? I paid for express delivery to be delivered on the 21st June ready fory birthday on the 24th June. When it still hadn't arrived on the afternoon of the 22nd, I called Drink Finder to inquire where it was. They said DHL have it and it is out of their hands. Well it is now the 26rh and still no delivery. Pathetic to say the least. What a waste of time and money and a birthday partially ruined to boot.”

Hi Simon The issue with the delivery was a little out of our hands, but we monitored it and updated you every step of the way. There was a breakage and then this came back to us, which we replaced the order with fresh stock. We gave a refund for the delivery and a refund for a few of the products as a few drinks on us for your belated birthday. We would say we went above and beyond dealing with something that was out of our hands. Drink Finder

“The service is amazing. I was able to find our favourite wine very easily and when I was taken to Constantine Stores to order it the service was amazing. A personal response was sent to let me know the order had been received and was being prepared for dispatch. I was able to respond to this with precise instructions for delivery and these were followed to the letter. The packaging is incredible and every one of the bottles was completely intact. I love ordering from Drink Finder because of this quality service and because I saved a lot of money.”
