“We ordered 4 quite hard to find Gonzalez Byass Del Duque and unfortunately they had only 3. But they rang us to ask us whether we would like to choose something else, wait for supplies or a refund. We chose another bottle. Nothing was too much trouble and all 4 bottles arrived promptly and very well packed. Would be happy to use again.”

“I'm happy that I was able to find some hard to find items so easily online and you guys arranged delivery "el-pronto". However, I was disappointed that this rather pricey box of goods was delivered to a neighbour a number of doors away, with virtually no clear explanation as to who the items were left with, none of there forwarded contact details and only one basic number reference to the street number. The original receiver of the goods had to take time out of her weekend to go looking for the address and the unknown neighbour. Not really that impressed. Not sure if I want to go through that again.”
