“I was very happy with the service in every way. The odd thing was that if you tried to buy wine at the store in another way (I live locally), say, by telephone or e-mail, it proved impossible. Now I know I'll do it right the first time.”

“Prompt delivery, however the bottle had been put in the packaging upside down, so some of the rum had soaked into the cork and so the seal was not as good as it could have been. When you opened the packaging you could smell the rum”

“Excellent service, but the website seemed a bit glitchy. Ordered online and the whisky arrived within 48 hours with free delivery. Item was very well packaged. The only issue I faced was whilst checking out, the basket screen froze mid payment. I got a confirmation e-mail, so exited the frozen screen. All was well. I messaged the help e-mail and got a reply early the next day. I would order again.”
