“We found the company extremely helpful , polite and knowledgeable to deal with.. Living in The Channel Islands makes most deliveries a bit of a problem but you all got on with the job and we had a safe delivery this morning. We are extremely pleased and delighted. Many thanks. “Having had an issue with paying via the website, I called the customer line which was immediately picked up. The gentleman I spoke to resolved the issue instantly and took my order by phone in a professional and cheery manner. Brilliant customer service is one of the many reasons I will continue to use Drikfinder. Well done to the team.”

“All good. However,I did receive an email that ,I think ,should have gone to the recipient at the proposed delivery address and not to me! The mail read that an attempt to deliver would be made within 24hours. Fortunately,the bottle was delivered just in time! Many thanks. Peter Masters.”

“I ordered a bottle of bourbon as a gift for a friend. When it arrived, it was evident that the seal was broken, the cork was very loose in the neck of the bottle and some leakage had occurred in transit. While your customer services support were very prompt indeed in replacing the bottle on receiving photographic evidence from me, I feel that if quality control checks had been made before the bottle was dispatched, the fault would have been discovered before I was put to any trouble. When the replacement bottle arrived, I opened it with some trepidation as the outer box was damaged. While the bottle was intact, I think that the bottle would have been better protected if the inflatable packaging had been used, rather than the polystyrene peanut chips.”

“Very disappointed. I paid for next day delivery as needed some bottles for an impromptu event - unfortunately this was delayed so I phoned to chase. Drink finder weren't interested - and although they offered a refund of the postage here has been no follow up (a week ago). Poor experience - fortunately there are other companies that do the same I can use in the future.”

“The staff are very helpful re order placement, and wine descriptions. I found the pricing for my wine selection to compare very competitively with other online shops! NB: Also love the inflatable wine bottle packaging they use - your precious shipment is guaranteed to arrive safe and sound! (JR - Surbiton)”
