“Shocking excuse for a company that misrepresents products online, changes it and the description after the fact and then proceeds say that the issue is a presentational one. I know the product I was attempting to purchase very well, and do not accept the word of a guy in marketing whose literal job is to make goods marketable/enticing to the consumer. It would seem, by misleading them too. Since the company won’t refund me I have submitted a claim and supporting evidence to PayPal in the event that this will be resolved the way it should have been.”
