Disappointed. Supposed to be a carpet cleaning company. Expected better results. Marks that should have come out with proper cleaning, didn’t. The workman then resorted to a spray spot cleaner and a scrubbing brush. I wanted my carpet to look refreshed but it didn’t. Workman also was huffing and puffing taking equipment up and down stairs. He would have been done in 10 minutes if I hadn’t pointed out the obvious marks remaining. I won’t be using again or recommending.
