“When my prints arrived they were damp and warped, not sure if that’s Doxzoo’s fault or the delivery company but considering I paid so much for shipping this was disappointing. Prints were also dark and not very glossy but they arrived quickly. Wouldn’t recommend for portfolio printing.”

“Good product good delivery. Preparation was made more difficult by website not being clear the design tool was optimised only for Chrome and not for Edge or other browsers”

“Excellent results. I'm very happy with the finish. My only complaint would be that free courier delivery on orders over £25 should be just that; not "free only if you choose a day next week when today is Monday"”

Hi Segun, Thanks for your review and recent order. UK delivery is free over £25, however an additional fee is payable for same day, next day and 2 day production. If you choose 5 day production, it is free. On your latest order you selected 2 day production, which meant 10% of the product total was payable as the production fee (£2.51). “Superb speed and good value. Very reliable. Worth making sure of your .pdf before uploading and then ask for an instant quote and then you can upload the artwork. I got in a pickle when I didn't do it that way, but alls well that ends well, and the online chat was available to help if I needed it but I'd worked it out by then.”
