We have had a look and noticed that unfortunately the editing period had closed when you contacted us about changing your order. Doxzoo is a completely automated service and we offer a 1 hour editing window to all registered users (15 minutes for same day orders) however, once this has ended the order hits production straight away to ensure there are no delays and therefore we do not have the facility to make changes. “I designed some baby shower guessing cards that I wanted printing to send to friends and family (since lockdown means I haven’t seen anyone for my pregnancy). They look exactly as I imagined and so reasonably priced! I would definitely shop here again in the future!”

“My B&W printed binder booklet contained 14 extra colour pages not belonging to my order. If this had been sent directly to my client it would have been very embarrassing. I let customer services know in the chat and they asked me to send photographs of it. I went through the extra hassle of doing this, and only got a short reply saying “ okay, not sure what has happened, we will have to investigate further. thank you for bringing this to our attention”. No apology. No offer to try them again with assurances that it was a one-off. It makes me want to try a different company next time.”

Thank you for your message. We take this very seriously and always investigate fully but is a very rare occurrence. We take great care to ensure customers receive the correct items. Our white label service is specifically designed for customers who ship products directly to customers and these have all Doxzoo labelled inserts removed and extra checks are made as we know everything must be right.
