“I placed an order for 10 books to be printed with Doxzoo Sales on a Wednesday. The same day I received an email showing my preferred front cover page for approval before printing. Received my full order post free just 4 days later. Excellent service at a great price. Very pleased and satisfied that I placed my order with this customer friendly company. Would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a great deal at a great price and first class workmanship. I have now placed another order. Les Barker.”

“Amazing experience. I have been in a very difficult time of my final project at uni when I needed to have prints done quickly and ready to be submitted straight away. The prints were of a very good quality and the customer support each time I would be needing one was always quick, friendly and very supportive. Only once my books had some minor technical defect, but I had received new perfectly done books in just couple of days! I was very impressed! “The printing itself was fine, but it took too long to arrive. I ordered the job on Thursday, selected Royal Mail First Class delivery and it arrived the following Wednesday. I got the job done for the same price at a local printers on the Monday as I needed it, rendering the Doxzoo job a pointless waste of £16. When it arrived it went straight in the recycling bin.”

Hi Simeon, Thank you for your recent order. We are sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver your package on the estimated delivery date. However all Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated only and may take a few days to arrive depending on local postal delays etc. The estimated nature of the Royal Mail service is mentioned throughout the order process - on the delivery page, order summary page prior to payment and the post-payment order confirmation email and despatch email. It is also mentioned in our FAQs. For urgent orders, we recommend courier delivery. Courier delivery provides a guaranteed delivery date (usually the next working day) and is trackable throughout the delivery process. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team
