“Great. Cheap, quick and great quality”

“Lovely quality printing, sadly my order has arrived damaged in transit. This is due to poor packaging, and no labelling to say its fragile. Doxzoo have then reprinted the job for free after I’ve supplied photos of the damage. Despite ordering a print job with holes punched, the job has arrived without the holes, which is a shame. In summary the printing quality is beautiful, but damaged in transit, and no holes punched.”

“The book I ordered looked very good when I had received it all printed. The only negative I would say is that whilst making your selections for your product - when you are asked whether you want colour or black and white it would be beneficial to know at that point that a colour cover is included as standard. This was not obvious to me and unfortunately I overspent by £20 by asking for colour when it was not needed. I didn't find this out until I had read the help pages after my order had been sent. I did politely request some sort of refund, but this was refused due to the work being automated and sent to a colour printer. This was disappointing, but I will know for next time.”

Hello Patrick, We are sorry to hear that there was a delay in your delivery. Unfortunately Royal Mail 1st class is not a trackable service and is also not guaranteed next day. They are running with delays at the moment due to COVID-19 and are taking up to 10 days to deliver in some areas.
