“The printed book was just superb. And first having problem with uploading, that was quickly resolver by opening a chat and getting help. Fast delivery of the books within a week to Norway.”

“Very disappointed with initial booklet and business cards, after complaining I received a refund and re-ordered - replacement booklets came out better and more consistent, business cards were still atrociously trimmed. Do NOT order business cards.”

“I ordered two wire-bound portfolios for an important interview. They sent one wire-bound portfolio with the pages printed twice. When I called their customer service, there was no apology and they wouldn't help me on the phone. Instead, I was directed to a live chat client. Poor service and poor support. I won't be using them again.”

When you called us earlier today to advise of this error, we requested that you sent over a photo so we could investigate further and resolve this for you today. In line with our reprint/refund policy, we do require a photo and written record of the issue prior to proceeding with a reprint/refund. The easiest way to share a photo with us is via Live Chat.
