Hello, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the products received. As mentioned when you contacted us you did select black and white printing rather than colour. This is clearly shown on the previewer, the basket summary, your order placed email and also your order confirmation email. We do try our best to get all aspects of an order 100% correct and would welcome the opportunity to work with you again.

“Doxzoo, what can I say? The prints I made were perfect! I used the postcard to print my wedding invitations, I was so nervous about some of design being cut out but when they arrived the design wasn’t missing parts of my design. The quality is amazing. I even received extra copies when I only ordered 5 of each. Very impressed and definitely will use this company again! Thank You.”

“Order arrived with wavy pages as thought it had been wet. Spoke to someone on the online chat who said this was normal and to weigh it down flat for a few hours. It’s now been 4 days and it’s still wavy. Luckily this was just a test run to assess the quality so it was only 1 copy.”
