“Great service, able to upload and view documents on line easily. Once ordered, the delivery date for free delivery using their courier service can be changed if plans need to be reorganised with is an added bonus when using Doxzoo”

“Disappointed, I have waited over one week for delivery of key documents, delivery date arrived and no sign, contacted help desk who apologised and said there was a mix up however they will send next day delivery FOC, next day came and no sign, now 3 days since and I am on holiday with risk delivery happens this week and documents are left at door step till I return”

Hi Terry, Thanks for your review and recent order. We are sorry that the order has not yet been delivered. The package was collected by DPD on Friday 24th August and they are reporting the current status as 'your parcel has arrived at our depot'. Hopefully this means it will be delivered today. “I use DoxZOO to print out all of my music compositions and scores - they provide an absolutely brilliant service, and the quality of the printing, and the heavier paper stock is perfect for my needs. “I have always been pleased with my orders, but recently since the new website has been launched I've noticed a difference in the delivery. Delivery used to be FREE if you spent £25.00 and be with you in 2-3 days. Now the service has changed and if you require FREE delivery you have to wait quite sometime or pay extra for a quick service. This may require me looking elsewhere for my items,”

Hi Diane, Thanks for your review and latest order. UK delivery remains free for all orders over £25. The fee you are referring to is the production charge, which is payable depending on which turnaround time is chosen. 5 day production is free on all orders, however an additional charge is payable for our same day, next day or 2 day service. For the speediest service we recommend same day or next day turnaround and courier delivery. For the cheapest service, we recommend five day turnaround and courier delivery (free over £25) or Royal Mail (if applicable). Best wishes, Doxzoo Team
