“It was recommended by someone who uses Doxzoo. Was easy to use, arrived quick and price is great. I would like an option to not have the pink/purple page seperators included, since we're all trying to cut down on paper useage and it seemed a waste of money. While adding the coloured pages work for some companies, it'd be nice to be able to choose.”

“I needed tickets printing off for a few events I was going to while on holiday. Using doxzoo was my last resort as I had exhausted all other options. I placed my order on the Thursday & paid extra to have my papers printed & sent next day. My order was marked as sent on the Friday but didn't arrive until at least 5 days later, after I'd already departed. On my return I was greeted by a letter of doxzoo. Great, just too damn late. I thought that would be it & maybe that I should just blame the postal service but no. The next day I received another letter off of doxzoo with a label on the front that stated the wrong postage had been paid so the letter would be treated as 2nd class. What a disgrace! Not only did they not correctly post my letter but when they found out about it they still did not inform me, they just sent a replacement which is less than useless. If you need to receive some documents on a time sensitive basis NEVER EVER use doxzoo. You've been warned.”

Hi Robert, Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive on the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately with Royal Mail 1st Class, the delivery date is not guaranteed and packages are not trackable. This is stated on the delivery page, order confirmation email and despatch email. On the site we also recommend that courier delivery is chosen for urgent orders. Regarding the postage paid, please email us a photo of the package and letter to sales@doxzoo.com. “I put in an order to print my dissertation that I had personally designed and saved a a PDF. The turn around was very quick within three days which has left me just under a week to submit these two books. Fast quick and efficient shipping to my doorstep, would recommend using in the future. The only fiddly part was the book cover - maybe if you could give a template for people to design and upload to would be better, the only option seemed to be designing on your own form of online process which was a bit tricky but alright for the average user. Quality of printing and stock is beautiful. Yet again thank you so much! Amy”

“I ordered a booklet which was printed from a PDF. The ordering process was really simply and quite flexible in that you can choose and design your own covers as well. The booklet arrived within a couple of days and the print and production quality was really good. The price was also quite reasonable.”

“The cheapest printing I could find. They were very helpful on the phone when I was setting my order up. Very happy with finished prints colours and quality. There was an issue with delivery (UPS - terrible service!!), but Doxzoo endeavoured to sort out the problem and made sure I got my prints in time for my meeting. I would use them again and recommend them.”
