“Very pleased with the sample hard back book I ordered. Good service regarding a query I raised by email regarding cover design. Book was delivered at stated date and I will be placing a larger order when I have updated the sample book. Minor criticism, the black and white photos were darker than the originals, however I'll lighten up the originals for the final copies.”

“I placed an order for 12 A5 booklets in colours plus saddle stitch binding on Wednesday 10/01 with delivery date two days later. We got our order in time, the print is good, however the binding quality is quite poor, in some booklets the staples are not aligned into the central fold and there are some loose pages which the staples are not able to keep them inside the booklet. I understand that the time was quite strict and the order was pretty urgent, but I expected a better production quality.”

“I had some booklets of songs printed. They came to me in great condition, and looked exactly as I'd requested. The paper is good quality and survived a few cases of people dropping them and stepping on them whilst singing in the dark! It was very exciting to see a little book of my own music, and I wouldn't have been able to have had them made unless they'd been so reasonably priced. Thank you Doxzoo. Excellent service.”

“I have previously been very happy with the service and the products that I have ordered through Doxzoo.com. However, my most recent order for a paperback diary has not lived up to my expectations at all. As soon as I turned the first couple of pages the sheets came away from the binding and I have had to sellotape the first 100 pages back in already. I am very disappointed as I have placed the same order for a new diary for the last couple of years and not had this problem before.”

“The Doxzoo team were responsive, understanding and an absolute delight to work with! I had some questions, as this was my first time printing with them, but they resolved them all. I got my "family trip" books printed in no time, delivered home and they look absolutely beautiful - my family love them! Thanks to the book-cover editor the spine and covers look fantastic, and the silk finish of the pages is absolutely luxurious. Very happy with the ease, quality and fantastic customer care!”
