“Really good service, stuff arrived exactly when they said it would even during this pandemic. Emailed me to make sure my files were as I wanted them and processed them the same day. Cheapest I could find on the internet as well. Overall very impressed.”

“Payed extra for the prints to be delivered by a certain date and they came a week later, when they did arrive the quality was awful, blurry and green marks on the pages which were not on the original files submitted I’m incredibly disappointed and don’t recommend using them”

Hello Mazie, Thank you for your review. Firstly we are sorry to hear that there was a delay in your delivery. Unfortunately Royal Mail 1st class is not a trackable service and is also not guaranteed next day. They are also running with delays at the moment due to COVID-19 and are taking up to 5 days to deliver. Secondly, if you can message us on live chat with your order details and photos of the issue we will happily look into the marks on your prints and arrange to be reprinted if needed. “Unfortunately i did not check my order when it arrived properly and it was only later in the month when i set my 90 day goals planner up that i noticed my planner had been printed off in all the wrong order, making the planner useless. I was deeply disappointed that it had not been printed in the right order and Doxzoo only give you 10 days to contact them to sort out any errors and i was out of this timescale. Disappointed that i spent money on this order and what i have received is not fit for purpose.”

“I wanted the Window sticker for my Mustang printing from PDF. The site was so easy to use. The delivery came before my chosen date, which is great and more importantly well packaged. My document was flawless, i would recommend to anyone. I usually don't bother with reviews, but thought this service deserved one. Also thank you for still providing this service during the current lock down, it is appreciated”

“Easy to use website, with great functionality for product setup. Delivery options are also very good, with free courier service for about a week's turnaround, and reasonable delivery fees for faster delivery. The wire bound booklets I ordered arrived without a single fault and with excellent quality paper and binding, and I've placed a larger subsequent order with Doxzoo for more. The costs give very good value for money, especially considering the quality service provided. Highly recommend!”
