“Pros: Fairly easy to use once you get used to it. V Good customer support by email. Competitive pricing. V short order to delivery lead time. Cons: 1: Loading a previously saved file does not automatically configure the document. 2: Cover design tool: a: Although there is a save button there does not appear to be any way of loading back up a saved design? b: Couldn’t work out how to add a book title to the outer spine cover? c: Need a variable colour wheel so you can exactly match the surround to your uploaded covers.”

Hi David, Thank you for your recent order and detailed feedback. It's possible to save a configured document (this is available to registered users only). Simply click the 'Save this document' button above the document previewer. This will save the file, the cover design and the document configuration to your file library. You can then re-load it when selecting your file(s). You can also re-order previous orders, which carries over the previous configuration. To do so, login and click 'View Orders'. Then click the blue re-order button on the right of the order. Text can be added to the spine for books and ring binders. To add text to this area, load the Cover Design Tool and select the 'Text' option. You can then add, rotate and move a text box to the spine area. Unfortunately the cover colour selection is limited at the moment, however we are looking to improve our Cover Design Tool in the near future. We hope to print for you again soon! “I was a bit unsure about using an online service at first, as it was for a very special gift and I wanted it to be perfect. I had not previously heard of Doxzoo, but just stumbled on it when searching. I liked the look of the site and so took a punt. I am so pleased I did. The whole process is incredibly simple and straightforward, and it was easy to edit the final product before ordering. The product was delivered very quickly and it looked totally perfect - exactly how I had pictured it when ordering. It feels like a good quality product. I will definitely use Doxzoo again and would highly recommend it to anyone.”

Hi Lucy, Thank you for sharing feedback. Royal Mail 1st Class delivery dates are estimated and subject to local postal delays. They are also non-trackable. This information is stated on the website prior to ordering, as well as on the despatch confirmation email. We also advised you of this on the phone earlier today. Whilst Royal Mail state that 93% of items arrive the next working day, there is no guaranteed delivery date. This is why we recommend our guaranteed courier delivery service for urgent orders.
