“Documents came through quickly and we were advised early on that there could be an issue with the printing so we were able to resolve this and still stick to our timings. Packaging was sturdy and no damage to the documents when they arrived”

“Good end result - printing was pretty high quality. We paid for express service, but there was a delay in printing which they only let us know about when we got in touch to ask where our order was. They definitely need to be a bit more transparent and proactive in their customer service, but we'd probably give them another try with a non-urgent order.”
