Hi Gabriele, Thanks for your feedback and recent order. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have failed to deliver your order in a timely fashion. It dispatched on 4th December, so we would expect it to have been delivered by now. If you haven't already, please check with your neighbours and local Royal Mail delivery office. “Absolutely fantastic service, from initial quote to prompt arrival. The girl Lucy on the live chat was so helpful and made everything so easy, even when the site wouldn't upload my file, got my portfolio print the next day (even on a Saturday). Couldn't ask for anything more, 5 stars all around!”
