“I ordered prints from doxzoo after a recommendation. Unfortunately, they came incredibly damaged. All of my prints were creased because of how poorly they were packed. There wasn't any care put into protecting them. Edges were damaged. Not to mention pure lack of attention to how they were actually printed on the paper (some were off the grid, borders were different on all of them). I would like to get a refund because this is absolutely criminal. I would've been better off printing them on my home printer...”

As you ordered with 2 day production, a premium was applied. As 5 day production is free, we recommend this as a budget option. We are also pleased to offer free UK courier delivery for orders over £25, so it can be more cost-effective to place a larger order vs. several smaller ones via Royal Mail. “Very professional job. I only had two copies of a booklet, but they looked exactly the same as high volume produced ones, that you would buy from a book shop. Paper quality was excellent. Very pleased. Will definitely be using them again.”
