“Worst service ever and Paul is of no use to ur online chat... I will be taking my money else were although you where cheaper guess u pay for the service u get cheap and pathetic. When uploading a file as 1 kb, doesn't even complete the uploading just freezes. Iv upload a bank statement a payslip to see if it's my files no its ur useless system. As Paul said i should use a different supplier I most definitely will!!!! As long as I will get a better service for the amount im about to spend.”

Hello, I am sorry you experienced an issue uploading your file to our site. We advised you that there was an issue with your file and advised a number of options. You became abusive and so we were unable to help you further. We treat all people who approach us in a courteous and helpful manner and expect the same in return.

“The doxzoo system changed the font of my documents from a handwriting one to block capitals rendering the docs useless to me. Customer service response was tough luck. Taking my custom elsewhere!”

Sorry to hear that you are not happy with our response. We try very hard to get things right. We did explain that you had not embedded your fonts, and so this was the cause of the issue. We provide a preview on screen of all documents (page by page) for customers to view and check before printing, this is a unique feature of our service and gives customers the ability to be sure about things before ordering. The issue you had did show up clearly on the preview. We always try to communicate rapidly and offered a discount on a future order as a gesture of goodwill. We do however rely on customers checking their artwork and we are always happy to provide assistance on this through articles or livechat

“I am so impressed with my book I had printed. It is such good quality and the fact I could design the front cover is a lovely touch for a relatively reasonable price too. Thank you so much for your quick turnaround. I would definitely recommend!!!”

“A very fair price for the work done and I really appreciate the free delivery rather than there being any 'hidden' charges. I was delighted with the final result--good quality paper, crisp printing of text and accurate colour printing. I have recommended Doxzoo to several other people.”

“Colour printing and lamination are fantastic quality. A bit more expensive than other websites and delay for cheaper shipping is longer BUT really worth it. Will be using this website whenever I need documents printed/laminated.”

“Very good qulaity. Packaging and delivered a day early as well, When opened the booklet noticed edge was not trimmed at all, creeping up 0.5 cm. It made the whole work /effort amateurish. Contact costomer service via chat and been told it was trimmed but creep is normal in this type of binding. Not very happy but left it there it was a very small order. No time to bother either.”

Thank you for your message. We are sorry you are not 100% happy with the items you received. Sometimes with this type of binding there can be some misalignment of the edges but of course if you are still not happy then get in touch and we will aim to put things right

“Excellent service and quality product based on all my orders placed to date. The customer service could do with a bit of pledge. I/M/O the conversation seemed rather cold when compared to other 'customer' live chat experiences and it's questioned whether I intend to place the order. Way of the world these days I suppose!”

“We scanned all of our Daughters school life reports achievements etc, Words cannot explain how very happy we are with the end results, there is no comparison from when you are looking at the end product before you send off to what you receive in full format , truly beautiful. We will be doing this for our other 2 children as well as a few other books from special times during our lives, I cannot recommend enough, its a lot of work scanning formatting and sizing all documents and photo, so that they all match when you turn each page, but you need to put in that extra work to receive a magnificent product”
