“The service was good the delivery driver was helpful and friendly and the doors themselves are of good quality, I have only marked them down one because the glass in the glazed doors has marks on it which I think must be glue. I have tried cleaning them but it is proving hard to get off.”

“The service, quality of doors and delivery were all good. The only issue I had was with the price quoted for delivery. I was told when ordering the doors that the delivery charge would be £35. The invoice showed £35 + VAT, which makes the total delivery charge £42. Why not just tell customers the delivery charge *including* VAT to avoid any complaints?”

“My Oak engineered doors are perfect and the various styles (plain, bifold and internal glazed double doors) in the same contemporary range look terrific. Quick delivery and excellent service!”

“I am very happy with the fire doors I bought. They fitted well into the doorways and are very heavy. The builder was able to trim them to fit a slightly wonky old Victorian house. They look attractive enough to leave unpainted, but i will paint them to blend with the walls. Phone service was also good. Thanks”

“Excellent customer service in terms of information about the various options when choosing the doors, doors arrived a day earlier than expected and good information on how to look after the doors and installation requirements aftervreceipt of the doors - Thank you!
