“Product price was good. I ordered cooker hood and recirculating filter. The filters were unboxed and put in with the cooker hood box to save sending 2 packages or using an even bigger box. One of the filters was lightly damaged in transit, I superglued the piece that was damaged back in place. The order status and update process needs work. I had to email sales to find out when my product was due to ship.”

“I purchased a Carron Phoenix sink and mixer tap from DKB Elegance. Their prices were very competitive and the goods were delivered well packaged and undamaged exactly when stated. Communications regarding dispatch and receipt of my order were excellent. I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.”

“I purchased a smedbo freestanding loo roll holder and DKB had the best online price I could find, they delivered very quickly and the packaging was very good, ie not masses of unnecessary bubble wrap or cardboard to dispose of. Would recommend.”

“I found DKB on the internet when looking for a particular kitchen tap, the price was more than 50% less than any where else. I rang DKB to request a quick delivery. The tap arrived by courier first thing next day. I would definitely use this company again. Fantastic quality product and superb customer service.”

“Although the item I purchased didn't work. Returning the item was very easy with the prepaid voucher sent to me via e-mail and just taking it to my local Hermes pick up point. Received a full refund after the manufacturer liaised with DKB. Although the item was faulty (no fault of DKB) I would order from them again.”
