“One of the pumps didn’t work”

We recommend customers get in touch with us to bring any issues to our attention. On this occasion we found out about the problem via this review. We then immediately forwarded the instructions on how to prime the pump in case this was the issue. We also arranged for 2 spare pumps to be sent to the customer. Hoping this resolved any problems with this 5* product.

“Lovely shower dispenser with 4 bottles. As described and quick delivery. This is much tidier than having all the different bottles stood in the shower.”

“Great price, super quick delivery. The only thing I'd mention is that I think the BTU calculation shown on the website doesn't appear to be accurate - double check before buying!”
