“Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff, would definitely buy again! I was after a specific piece of DJ equipment and came across it on the website as part of a combo deal. Unfortunately, there was an issue with processing my payment, and although there was limited stock, the staff reassured me that they would reserve it while they looked into the problem. Finally, when payment went through, it was shipped ASAP and I got it next day! The staff went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for keeping me updated along the way. Excellent customer experience!”

“I ordered a special edition Technics 1200 MK7 turntable. I had to wait for it, but they kept me informed, and when it did arrive, they delivered the next day and secured;ey packaged. No prob;ems. I will be happy to to use them again.”
