“I have bought from this company for the last 20 years and yesterday I experienced what I can only describe as phenomenal customer care. If you are looking to purchase any dj equipment and want 100% satisfaction this is the company that get my £ should a problem arise then it will be dealt with at lightning speed. “I travelled down to Phase One in Sunderland for an emergency purchase of a snow machine. I phoned Mike and said I was coming. When I arrived it was ready for me and worked perfectly. I ended up buying a few other bits and pieces. Mike was very friendly and helpful and it was nice to finally meet him!”
