“I recently placed a sizeable order with Phase One DJ & Disco Store, picking up an RCF NXL-14A & SUB15AX bundle in white, 2x Q Audio QWM 1970 wireless mic units, a Q Audio Quad Antenna System with paddle antennas, and Equinox Event Booth extension poles. As you’d expect with a purchase of this size, I had a few questions about the products and wanted to make sure I was making the right investment. To Mike’s credit, he was absolutely brilliant — he took the time to find answers for me, handled everything smoothly, and arranged shipping both direct and from manufacturers where items weren’t immediately in stock, all for next day delivery. Mike is a hidden hero in this market. His knowledge, patience and willingness to go the extra mile set him apart. Phase One will be my go-to for future purchases without question. “Such a good shop. Their customer service is second to none. The salesman is full of good advice, he doesn't push you into buying things you might not need. Since I found this shop I wouldn't go anywhere else for DJ gear. I am very happy with my purchase and the price and I would definitely recommend Phase One.”
