Very disappointing. Ordered an item over a month ago as they provided next day delivery. Was lost in the post so contacted seller who reimbursed postage only. Left feeling ripped off. Will never buy from this company again.

Hi Steven , i am sorry to read this , but i think you will find we refunded postage and item and that was done early december , please see picture of proof . I am sorry the parcel was lost by courier in the 1st instance , and for that i am sorry , but we have not left you short or ripped you off

My order arrived 2 days late and phase one gave me a bogus package tracking number. No explanation or apology, very unprofessional, I won't buy from them again.

Item never arrived again! Poor service, advertising items they do not have in stock. Would suggest you look elsewhere.

The cdj stand item arrived severely damaged, I called to get a replacement sent asap and arrange a courier to collect Monday and was told they were too busy and call back some other time. I purchased elsewhere after that and told them to send a courier label or arrange a day to collect the item as its waiting to be returned and as yet its still sat here awaiting return with no courier booking forthcoming. It will be escalated to a claim this weekend

We are very sorry the item arrived damaged from time to time parcels can arrive damaged when using a courier. When you called on Saturday, it was very busy in our store and like we have explained in few emails that you have not replied to, our 14 year saturday boy did answer the phone, he is just new and he did not have the knowledge to be able to advise you , so he asked for your number to call you back on, so a more experienced member of staff could call back and help. We have explained this in several emails and we have also tried to call you to resolve the matter . Again we have tried at every point to help and we have arranged for the item to be collected and replaced or refunded , no quibble , it needs to be sorted and to resolve something quickly and efficiently , communication is key and we have tried. Once again i am sorry the item has been delivered damaged , but at no point have we said we would not help, in fact the opposite, we really just want to collect item and refund . Customer service is 100% the number 1 priority to us and our customers . I am sorry you feel we have let you down. Best regards Mike @ Phase One

Item was not as described - ordered 100v system - what I got did not support 100v - which I needed for this installation- understand it was a cheap set up - and therefore not really worth complaining as time taken to complain properly and get things fixed would not be worth my time - this review bearly is!! But was quickly sorted in 5 mins with better supplier that supplied what was ordered - this job a loss but will save me by not using you again. Hope this TRUE feedback helps your business. Sir Natha, Sir Mike! I understand you do not want to serve me! I understand that you do not want to help me! I have all the will to buy all three pieces, but you refuse to keep the 2 bits in stock by forcing them to pay all three pieces! I'm sorry for your behavior! You do not know to win the customers! Honestly, communication with you is a pain! I will stay away from your store! Thanks
