Ordered an item for next day delivery if ordered before 3pm , ordered before 11am. Item not dispatched. Only ordered from there because of next day even though was a little more expensive. On the plus side cancelled the order after failing to receive and got an immediate refund

Hi David, i am sorry we were not able to deliver quick enough in this instance. Usually we are much quicker, but in the week between Christmas and New Year, we are not able to offer next-day service on all items. I am sorry this was not made clearer at the point of ordering

Ordered a set of touring gravity lighting stands, upon arrival, the base plates were quite badly damaged, not just with scratches quite bad scuffs that were obviously touched up with some kind of paint/marker pen. After phoning up and explaining the situation I was told as they were touring stands, it should be acceptable to receive them in this condition as they are designed to have heavy use and having defects on the delivery was pretty standard. My opinion personally is, if you order something brand-new it should be in brand-new condition. Apart from this, the attitude of the guy on the phone and just seemed quite negative and he had a “why are you moaning” attitude? On requesting a replacement I was told this couldn’t happen. The only option was a small amount of refund that didn’t really resolve my problem, Would I purchase from here again? probably not!!

Hi Craig, i am sorry to read this review. And we did offer £39 discount per stand on a £189 each stand. Which you did accept and we have done. We also offered to collect the stands and refund them. The reason we felt swapping for new ones we not a good idea, was we could not guarantee they would arrive with 100% no marks. Lighting stands are not manufactured to a floorless paint job, sadly. So we were concerned that we could send more and they may have marks. Hence we offered you a discount or refund. We never said the item was not marked as it clearly is and we thought we had dealt with the matter very quickly. As for the person you spoke to on phone, I am sorry you did not like my service. I am the MD of this company and look after every single sale and customer service issue. Was I disappointed? yes I was disappointed the item was not to your expectation. This may come over on the phone for which I am sorry. But I believe I dealt with the matter quickly and resolved the issue. If you had not accepted the 20% discount I would of had to collect and refund which I did offer. I am sorry you feel we have let you down. Best regards Mike

Purchased 2 equinox pulse tubes. One i a bit faulty Ive emailed them twice but no reply. Wont be using them again

Make sure that you have the correct stock in the warehouse, compared to what is listed on your website

I bought a wash fx 2 last week off you as new. When it came it had serveral scratches & marks like it had been used.

we have just received you review for the FX WASH that was marked . Sorry i am slightly confused , but i though you agreed to keep item and i was going to credit £20 on next order . I have read your review and i can absolutely guarantee the item was new , we don't sell 2nd hand or used kit . I am a little disappointed that you have left such a negative review as i was more than willing to sort anything out . Customer service is the most important thing we offer and i am sorry you feel let down by our customer care as we know the only way to get repeat business is good service . And poor reviews we do read and action , as they do effect our rankings Regards Mike

You didn't send correct items, missing cables and missing extra cables. Totally ruined my day due to having an electian in to help fit the speakers then him not being able to do the job.

Delivery was quick and efficient. however product battery life is awful! 1 hour max! This is useless for an aerobic instructor! I feel this should have been stated clearly on the product!

I don't know about you, but I'm *SICK* of repeatedly being asked for a bloody review every ten minutes. I don't owe you anything. I've purchased goods, and I've paid the requested amount for them. That's it. I wouldn't use Phase One again just because of the constant badgering for reviews.
