After confirming they had a stock of the item I wanted (Pioneer Opus), they shipped out the unit the same day. Unfortunately, the unit was damaged upon delivery, I phoned them up and they arranged collection and re-delivery which was turned around in 72 hours. They constantly kept me in the loop of what was happening and I now have my new favourite toy. Thanking them so much for the great customer service
